Ajay Rotti

Founder & CEO

Ajay Rotti is the Founder of the Company. Prior to founding Tax Compaas, Ajay was Co-founder of Dhruva Advisors LLP and prior to that Ajay was a Partner – International taxation at KPMG. He has also previously worked with BMR Advisors and Ernst & Young. Ajay has more than 20 years of experience in the tax and regulatory arena.

Ajay has considerable experience in international tax, corporate tax, transfer pricing areas. He has advised a number of large multinational and large Indian companies on a range of direct tax and regulatory issues. He has served clients primarily in the information technology and real estate sector. He has also represented various multinational and Indian companies before the regulatory authorities on corporate tax and transfer pricing assessments. He has also advised several technology companies on strategies around setting up Special Economic Zones units. He has also worked with various SEZ developers on their strategy and approvals, advised various realty funds on matters such as entry strategy, FDI in real estate, investment structuring and exit strategies.

Nikhil KP

Nikhil is a Director at Taxcompaas Advisors Private Limited and member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, with around 12 years of post qualification experience.

Nikhil has worked extensively on corporate tax and international tax areas. He has considerable experience in handling tax assessments and litigations of large Multinationals and Indian Companies.

Nikhil has advised a range of Companies on Tax and Regulatory issues. Prior to joining Tax Compaas, he was with Dhruva Advisors LLP and KPMG.

Aditya Raipuria

Aditya Raipuria is a Director at Taxcompaas Advisors Private Limited. Prior to joining Tax Compaas, Aditya has worked with Dhruva Advisors and with KPMG. Aditya has more than 12 years experience in the tax and regulatory arena.

Aditya has considerable experience in corporate tax, transfer pricing and international tax areas.

He has worked with a number of large multinational and large Indian companies on a range of direct tax and regulatory issues. He has served clients primarily in the information technology and manufacturing sector. He has also represented various multinational and Indian companies before the regulatory authorities on corporate tax and transfer pricing assessments.

Aditya is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.

Virendra Sharma

Virendra Sharma is a Director in Taxcompaas Advisors Private Limited. He brings a wealth of expertise as a Chartered Accountant, Company Secretary, and CFA (US). Prior to joining us, he was part of the founding team of Dhruva Advisors LLP and has also worked in KPMG and E&Y.

With an impressive 14 years of experience, Virendra has specialized in direct tax laws (corporate tax, transfer pricing and international tax areas) and regulatory matters (like SEZ, foreign exchange regulations, etc). He has served clients primarily in the information technology and real estate sector. He has represented various multinational and Indian companies before the regulatory authorities on direct tax assessments. He has also advised several technology companies on strategies around setting up and operation of Special Economic Zones units. His multifaceted approach and deep understanding of the intricacies of tax and regulatory laws have allowed him to provide effective and tailored solutions to the clients.
